Why we built this.

Property in Pakistan was built for people who could buy the whole thing. We set out to make ownership divisible through registered shares, with a clear path to list those shares for resale to another investor.

What we believe

A building is not one thing. It never was.

A building can be held by a project company, and ownership in that company can be divided into registered shares held by more than one person.

What was missing was a place where an ordinary person could hold those shares in their own name, track eligible income, and list them for resale without relying on a property broker.
