Understand it before you invest.

No jargon, no hype. What you are buying, how it pays you, how you get out, and the words people use along the way.

Start here

Three things to understand, in order.

01

Understand what you are buying

You are buying registered shares in the company that owns a specific building. Not a token with no asset behind it, and not a promise from us.

02

Understand how it pays

Some development projects use milestone-based pricing. Eligible operating properties may distribute rent according to their project terms.

03

Understand how you get out

List your shares on the DAO Exchange at a price you choose, on any day. The sale completes when another investor accepts it.

How it works

From money to ownership, step by step.

The platform records your investment journey and publishes available project updates.

Start account setup
  1. You choose a building

Explore available projects and see the price per sq ft, the forecast annual return, and how much is already funded.

  2. You buy a share

Invest from PKR 15,000. Your shares are registered in your name in the company that owns that building.

  3. The building gets built

Construction progress is published on the platform. Some projects use milestone-based pricing defined in their documents.

  4. Eligible income may be distributed

When project terms provide for rental distributions, eligible income is split across shareholders in proportion to ownership.

  5. You list for resale

List your shares on the DAO Exchange at your price. When another investor accepts, ownership transfers and proceeds are credited.

Glossary

The words, in plain language first.

Every term below leads with what it actually means. The technical word is only there so you recognise it elsewhere.

8 terms

Instead of buying a whole property, you buy a share of the company that owns it. Your share is registered in your name.

Questions

The questions worth asking.

If anything here is unclear, ask before you invest.

Book a call

Each project is held in its own company. Your shares in that company are registered in your name, so your ownership sits with the asset rather than with the platform.

Now go and see the buildings.
